Four modules for custom robot work

Four systems, from the customer's idea through to a shared update

The platform is not a brochure site. It is the service base for global custom robotics: a trade platform, an AI simulation platform, a supplier platform, and an information platform. They share data and carry the cross-border custom workflow.

Trade platform — the single front door

Every customer job starts here: collecting the request, structuring it, commercial follow-up, and moving the order.

  1. 01The customer submits the scene, performance, environment, budget, and timing.

  2. 02The system turns a loose idea into a standard requirement file.

  3. 03Commercial discussion, quotation, and terms are confirmed online.

  4. 04The job is matched to an alliance integrator in the right technical field.

  5. 05Requirement, proposal, and commercial records stay on the project for its whole life.

AI simulation platform — seeing the machine before it exists

This is the platform's distinct technical capability: 3D simulation down to part size, assembly, and component layout.

  1. 01A 3D digital proposal is generated from the customer's request.

  2. 02The customer reviews the form and the key component layout and judges whether it fits the site.

  3. 03Further rounds update the simulation when the customer asks for a change.

  4. 04A written note states the design boundary and the physical constraints.

Important

The simulation is a digital proposal for early confirmation. It is not a physical prototype. Manufacturing and hardware debugging are done later by an alliance integrator. Simulated behavior is not the same as the physical machine.

Supplier platform — scheduling the parts

This module runs the alliance supply base. It sits between the project integrator and the parts companies.

  1. 01Supplier records

Category, process capability, supply range, and past collaboration for each member.

  2. 02Admission and ongoing review

Credential checks, then quality and delivery tracked over time, with a rating that can change.

  3. 03Matching a BOM

After the project BOM arrives, the system shortlists suppliers who can ship those parts.

  4. 04Delivery tracking

Order, production, and delivery dates are recorded. If supply is at risk, a backup supplier can be brought in.

Information platform — reaching every party

One distribution path for overseas customers, integrators, and admitted suppliers, in more than one language and channel.

  1. 01Project updates

Key project points go to the customer and the partners who need them.

  2. 02Industry notes

Supply updates, technical trends, and alliance policy.

  3. 03More than one channel

Email and overseas social channels, in the form those users already use.

  4. 04Language match

A user in a given country receives the content in the matching language.

The loop
  1. 01The customer submits the request on the trade platform
  2. 02The AI simulation platform produces a visual plan and revises it
  3. 03The supplier platform matches parts once the project needs them
  4. 04Progress and industry notes go out through the information platform
Note

The four modules are the technical base. The platform does not manufacture robots. Physical production stays with the alliance companies.
