Terms of Service

1. (1)These terms govern your use of the Global Robot Customization League (GRCL) website (the "Site").

1. (2)The Site offers public information about robot customization, AI-assisted customization chat, account registration and sign-in, profile and language preferences, viewing customization requirements and order progress, browsing alliance members and news, and online customer support. Available features may change; we may adjust, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Site and update this page accordingly.

1. (1)By visiting, browsing, or using the Site, registering an account, or submitting a requirement or order-related action through AI chat, forms, or similar means, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy in effect at that time.

1. (2)If you use the Site on behalf of a company or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. (1)You may register or sign in with an email one-time code; when enabled on the Site, you may also use Google sign-in. You must provide accurate registration and profile information (such as email, name, customer type, industry, decision role, and interface language) and keep it up to date.

1. (2)You are responsible for safeguarding your account and verification channels and for activity under your account. If you notice unauthorized use, contact us promptly via the Contact page.

1. (1)The Site provides AI-assisted customization consultations. You may enter text and upload attachments to describe your needs. AI replies, suggested approaches, indicative models, or files are for reference only and do not constitute binding quotes, technical commitments, or delivery guarantees.

1. (2)You must decide whether AI output fits your use case and confirm key parameters, pricing, and delivery with the platform or suppliers before placing an order or signing a contract. Except where law requires otherwise, you bear the risk of relying on AI output.

1. (1)Requirements, inquiries, acceptance, and order actions you take on the Site must follow the workflows and status rules shown at the time (for example stages such as model generated, inquiry, platform quoted, and order placed).

(2)Quotes, contracts, payment, delivery, acceptance, and after-sales service are governed by the contract finally confirmed in writing or electronically by both parties and by formal notification emails sent to your registered email. Site pages, AI conversations, or general descriptions do not replace a contract.

1. (1)You must not use the Site for unlawful, fraudulent, harassing, or abusive activity; to spread malware; to access systems without authorization; to scrape or interfere with the service at scale; or to infringe others' intellectual property or privacy. Do not submit false requirements, impersonate others, or upload content you are not entitled to share.

1. (2)We may restrict features, suspend, or terminate accounts when we reasonably suspect violations and cooperate with authorities as required by law. We are liable for resulting loss only to the extent required by applicable law.

1. (1)Trademarks, logos, interface design, text, databases, and content we provide on the Site (except content owned by you or third parties) belong to GRCL or the respective rights holders. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use them commercially without written permission.

(2)You retain ownership of text, images, model files, and other content you upload, but you grant us a non-exclusive, revocable license to store, process, display, and transmit that content as needed to provide consultation, quotes, orders, and support, including to alliance members or service providers involved in fulfillment.

To provide sign-in, security checks, or infrastructure, the Site may integrate third-party services such as Google sign-in, Cloudflare Turnstile, and email delivery providers. Those services are operated by their providers under their own terms and privacy policies. We share information with them only as needed to provide functionality, as described in the Privacy Policy.

1. (1)To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Site and GRCL are provided "as is" without warranties of continuous availability, error-free operation, complete security, or fitness for a particular purpose, whether express or implied.

1. (2)We are not liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or lost-profit damages arising from networks, devices, third-party services, force majeure, or your own actions. Our total liability for a given dispute is limited to the service fees you paid to us directly for the order in question, if any, or any higher minimum required by applicable law.

1. (1)We may update these Terms. The updated text will be posted on this page and takes effect when published unless stated otherwise. Continued use of the Site after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
