How the alliance operates

Membership

Component and complete-machine makers join with a tiered membership fee. If a first-cohort member does not reach the agreed sales in year one, the fee is refunded in full.

Customization boundary

Every project is a combination of existing partner components, modules, and mature products. We do not take greenfield R&D from scratch. Delivery has to be feasible.

How demand moves

When a maker updates a product or part, an agent writes a multilingual notice and pushes it to the right people. When a customer has a need, the full customization pipeline starts.

The alliance runs a seven-step path from idea to delivery.

  A parts-level quote, commercial discussion, clear price and lead time.

  Pay a 20% deposit. Third-party payment confirmation and a credit guarantee lock in performance.
Platform through to delivery
1. 5Manufacture
  Selected suppliers schedule production. Integrators manufacture.
2. 6Customs and logistics
  Export, import, and international freight are handled in one place, to your door.
3. 7After-sales
  Overseas customers get remote plus on-site service from local tier-2 and tier-3 agents. Domestic customers get fast on-site response.
